Welcome to GlassLab. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or scheduling service, you agree to the following terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

GlassLab provides:

  • Windshield replacement

  • Windshield repair (chips and cracks)

  • ADAS calibration coordination

  • Mobile auto glass services (where eligible)

  • Insurance claim assistance

  • Fleet services

 

All services are subject to vehicle eligibility, weather conditions (for mobile service), and technician availability.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may vary if:

  • Vehicle specifications differ from those provided

  • Additional damage is discovered

  • Calibration requirements are identified

  • Insurance coverage changes

Customers will be informed of any material changes before service completion.

3. Mobile Service Conditions

Mobile service is available for eligible vehicles and safe environments.

Mobile service may be rescheduled if:

  • Weather conditions are unsuitable

  • The vehicle is not accessible

  • Safe installation conditions cannot be maintained

GlassLab reserves the right to recommend in-shop service when necessary for safety or technical reasons.

4. ADAS Calibration

Modern vehicles may require Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration following windshield replacement.

If calibration is required:

  • GlassLab will inform the customer

  • Calibration may be performed onsite (if appropriate) or at our facility

  • Additional charges may apply

Customers acknowledge that declining recommended calibration may affect vehicle safety system performance.

5. Safe Drive-Away Time

Windshield replacement involves specialized urethane adhesives that require curing time.

Customers agree to follow safe drive-away time instructions provided by the technician. GlassLab is not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow post-installation instructions.

6. Insurance Claims

GlassLab may assist with insurance documentation. However:

  • Customers remain responsible for claim accuracy

  • Deductibles and coverage limits are the responsibility of the customer

  • Final approval depends on the insurance provider

GlassLab is not responsible for claim denials by insurance companies.

7. Warranty

GlassLab provides a workmanship warranty covering installation-related defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • New impact damage

  • Vehicle structural defects

  • Pre-existing rust or corrosion

  • Damage caused by accidents after service

  • Improper post-installation handling

Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlassLab shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Loss of business revenue

  • Delays caused by parts availability or weather

  • Insurance claim disputes

Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse contact forms

  • Submit false information

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality

All website content, including logos and images, is the property of GlassLab and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

12. Changes to Terms

GlassLab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
